This 7.5 × 6 m apartment separates a 14 m² bedroom from a 24 m² living and dining room. The kitchen and bathroom occupy the remaining 7 m². Both versions preserve the room structure and compare how dining and desk placement change daily movement.

Edit this layout ↗These are original Habitat planning examples. Both arrangements use the same measured room outlines and different furniture positions. Open the 3D preview without creating a project, then choose the arrangement you want to edit.
The dining table sits toward the centre-right of the living room, with a desk at the left-hand side. Compare the chair pull-out space with the route from the entrance to the service rooms. The sofa stays at the window end.
The table moves left and the desk moves toward the right-hand side. This creates a different balance between dining and work. Inspect the route past the table in 3D and decide which activity should have the most uninterrupted space.
The bedroom contains a 160 × 210 cm bed and a 160 × 60 cm wardrobe. The living room uses a 260 × 95 cm sofa and a 140 × 80 cm dining table. These are editable object sizes; measure your own furniture, including handles and chair movement, before adapting the plan.
Dimensions are shown in metres and feet. The workspace unit selector accepts decimal feet or feet and inches, such as 10' 6". Areas are also shown in square feet. Changing units preserves the underlying geometry. Export a PNG for discussion or JSON to keep an editable backup.
Create an editable copy with the button below. The example becomes a separate project; it never replaces an existing design. Change room dimensions first, then inspect openings and move the largest furniture. A template is a starting point, so check the actual property before deciding that an arrangement fits.

Yes. Choose A or B and create a copy. The free allowance covers one project strictly below 50 m²; creating additional projects requires membership. You can preview either arrangement without using that allowance.
These examples support furniture and space planning. They are not surveyed properties or construction drawings. Verify measurements, door movement and required access in your actual room.
